Volunteers at Shalom Village Volunteers help us make every day at Shalom Village a day well lived. Our goal is to encourage volunteer development in a way that helps Shalom Village achieve our mission and provide a rewarding experience for volunteers, making them feel valued. Whether you want to support a worthy cause or to develop as a person, volunteering offers many benefits. What do Volunteers Do? Volunteers at Shalom Village wear many hats. They answer telephones, work at the reception areas and help with programs, outings and appointments. Others help with friendly visits, monthly Shabbat services, and multi-faith church services.
